Checkout, people and reporting

Figure is an iPad-based POS with cloud management. Its features include sales reporting across locations, customer profiles, configurable menus, employee time tracking and access controls. Receipt options include print and email. We will review the hardware and payment configuration available through your proposed PayBright account.

The useful question is what those tools change for you. Would clearer sales reporting help you make staffing decisions? Do employees need different permissions? Would a more organized customer record help when someone returns with a question about an earlier visit?

Bring your actual workflow to the conversation

• Shops: show a normal sale, a return and how you want to organize items.
• Services: explain the steps between starting a job and collecting the final payment.
• Food service: bring a sample menu and describe the order and preparation handoff.
• Multiple locations: identify what each manager should see and what you need to review centrally.

These are scenarios to evaluate, not a promise that every specialized workflow is included. A focused demonstration is the best way to check fit before replacing a system.

Think through hardware and everyday access

Tell us whether you already own iPads or peripherals, where the checkout will sit and who needs back-office access. Equipment compatibility and supported integrations should be confirmed as part of the recommendation. We will also discuss your internet connection, receipt needs and how the team will learn the new process.
