Mansfield Payments is an independent merchant-services broker. We work with multiple providers to help businesses compare payment processing and POS solutions with clear information about the fit, costs and next steps.
We believe in availability and transparency. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you. Our goal is to help you make an informed decision, whether or not you choose us.
Our founder
Jeff Hathaway is the founder and owner of Mansfield Payments and has worked in merchant services since 2012. That experience shapes our team’s practical, consultative approach to helping business owners.

We focus on New England and welcome businesses beyond the region. Onsite service is arranged individually in Chittenden, Franklin, Lamoille, Washington, Orleans, and Grand Isle counties, based on your location and setup.
Availability with clear expectations
Sales hours: Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM Eastern, excluding major US and Vermont holidays. Our team may be working with another customer, so please leave a message if we cannot answer.
