Accept payments without rebuilding your whole checkout

If your existing register or business software already does its job, you may only need a better way to take cards. We deploy Dejavoo terminals and help match the device to your counter, your connection and the processing arrangement. A full POS replacement is not always necessary.

Understand the type of device you need

Dejavoo offers countertop terminals, wireless devices and customer-facing PIN pads. Its lineup includes the P1 countertop model and other devices designed for different checkout roles. We will confirm the exact model, payment application and supported functions in the proposed setup.

A standalone terminal means staff enter the amount on the payment device. An integrated setup can pass transaction information between compatible software and the terminal. Tell us which approach you use today and whether entering an amount twice is creating extra work.

The small details shape everyday use

• Counter layout: can the customer comfortably reach and read the device?
• Receipts: do you need printing at the payment device, at the register or both?
• Connection: is a wired network available at the counter, or is wireless needed?
• Staff tasks: how should employees handle refunds, tips where relevant and the end-of-day close?

We will review those needs against the supported application. A function advertised for the wider hardware family is not automatically enabled on every processor’s terminal.

Replacing an older terminal?

Send us the model, the name of the current processor and a description of anything connected to it. That lets us review compatibility before you order equipment. We will discuss activation, connection requirements and the transactions your team should practice before switching over.

If inventory, ordering or customer management is the real problem, a payment terminal alone may not solve it. We can also compare full POS options and explain which approach better suits your workflow.
